How much does counselling cost?

Phone Consultation - Free
Chat by phone for 15 minutes to find out more, ask any questions or talk through concerns.

Assessment - £55
The assessment takes 50 minutes and is a chance to see if we mesh well, for me to understand what you’d like from counselling and to check I’m the right therapist for you.

Counselling Session - £55
Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and take place at the same time each week. I ask clients to pay ahead of sessions - you can either pay per session or block book 4 sessions, for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy
Having a consistent, weekly rhythm to counselling sessions is key. That said, life happens and we understandably need to miss sessions now and then. If you can’t make a session or assessment, please give 7 days notice and there’s no fee for cancelling.
If you cancel within 7 days, our session fee is still due. And if you miss 2 sessions in a row, without letting me know in advance, our work will come to an end.
